Kirsty is absolutely amazing! I absolutely love our sessions, she is so knowledgable and makes you feel comfortable. She has helped me a lot with the TRE and overcoming some of my deep fears. Healing isn’t linear, but a few sessions with Kirsty helped me a lot on my healing journey. Would highly recommend!
